Refund & Payment Policy

1. What you're buying

An extra upload credit ("extra spin") costs $0.99 USD and adds one upload to your account, on top of the 2 free uploads every account gets per week. Payments are processed securely through Stripe — the station never sees or stores your card details.

2. All sales are final — no refunds

There are no refunds. Every purchase is final once the payment completes, including if you change your mind, upload the wrong track, or stop using the station.

3. If your paid upload fails

If a track you paid to upload fails to complete (upload error, file rejected by our systems) or is removed by station moderation, you don't get cash back — you get 2 extra upload spins credited to your account instead. To claim them, contact support@91tilinfinity.xyz from your account email with the track title and what happened. Each claim is reviewed before credits are granted.

4. No exploits

The compensation in section 3 exists for genuine failures. Attempts to game it — intentionally failing uploads, filing false claims, farming credits across accounts, or abusing the payment flow in any way — will result in denied claims and may lead to restricted or removed accounts. Every payment and credit grant is logged and audited.

5. Donations

Donations through the ❤ Support the station button keep the station on the air. Donations are voluntary, grant no upload credits, and are non-refundable.

6. Billing issues

If you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount), contact support@91tilinfinity.xyz with your account email and the charge date. Genuine billing errors are corrected — this is the only exception to the no-refund rule, and it covers billing mistakes, not buyer's remorse.
